Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after delivery.

After 15 days, we’re unable to process returns or exchanges.

Conditions: items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Final Sale and custom items are not returnable unless defective.
How to request a return or exchange

If approved, we’ll send return instructions (address/shipping label if applicable).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact teams@laurabarrios.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number; we’ll prioritize a resolution.
Size exchanges
